RMSI is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Canada. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for executing account development and expanding our existing relationships with key accounts in the Natural Gas & Electric distribution industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of our customers' operations and organizational hierarchy to anticipate their needs and respond effectively. Build and manage relationships with existing and prospective customers at all levels of the organization, including C-level executives, business unit leaders, and operations and IT professionals. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts by selling services such as data management, application development, and consulting services. Collaborate with Business Development, Sales, and Technical teams to grow new business and tap into new opportunities. Analyze industry trends and develop strategies to offer RMSI solutions that meet market requirements. Establish partnerships with key decision-makers and develop strategies for growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in GIS, marketing, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 15+ years of experience in Account Manager roles in the geospatial services industry within utilities. In-depth understanding of the geospatial industry and connections.
