About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team at RONA. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing sales plans to reach annual sales and margin objectives, actively generating sales through qualifying potential customers, and executing project and design consultations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales plans to achieve annual sales and margin objectives
  • Actively generate sales through customer interactions and referrals
  • Execute project and design consultations, including store showroom tours and in-home visits
  • Provide quotes to customers, including detailed scope of work, project timelines, and financial proposals
  • Liaise with customers and contractors to ensure superior customer satisfaction
  • Problem solve and advocate fairly for customers, contractors, and RONA

Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • 3 years' experience in interior/exterior project sales and management
  • Proven sales performance in previous roles, ideally in environments where financing is offered and guarantees are part of the offer
  • Passion for design and home improvement
  • Superior computer skills in recognized specialized design software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Superior product expertise
  • Advanced project management knowledge
