Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at G Square Builders Ltd. as a key member of our operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Excellence: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery in the warehouse, maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Work Coordination: Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support warehouse operations.
- Process Improvement: Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize warehouse operations and improve overall efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Supervise a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary resources to perform their roles effectively.
- Criminal Record Check: Ensure all employees undergo a criminal record check to maintain a safe and secure work environment.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
- Physical Demands: The role requires the ability to work in a physically demanding environment, with regular lifting, bending, and standing.
- Client Focus: Demonstrate a strong client focus, ensuring that all interactions with colleagues and clients are professional and courteous.
- Flexibility: Be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines.
