Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at G Square Builders Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and supervising a team of 3-4 employees.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels and monitoring inventory turnover.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure they are meeting productivity and quality standards.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
- Establish and maintain a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with regular exposure to noise, dust, and other hazards. A criminal record check will be required for this position.
