About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at G Square Builders Ltd. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery in the warehouse, maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Work Coordination: Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support warehouse operations.
  • Process Improvement: Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize warehouse operations and improve overall efficiency.
Supervision and Teamwork
  • Team Leadership: Supervise a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary resources to perform their roles effectively.
Security and Safety
  • Criminal Record Check: Ensure all employees undergo a criminal record check as a condition of employment.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Physical Demands: Work in a warehouse environment, requiring physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
