G Square Builders Ltd. is seeking a skilled Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the smooth operation of our warehouse. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of inventory, supplies, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels and monitoring inventory movements.
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality control.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a warehouse or related environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Client-focused and team-oriented approach.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
  • Permanent, full-time position with 30 hours per week.
  • Work Language: English.
