Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels and monitoring inventory movements.
- Coordinate and supervise the work of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality control.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Establish and maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a warehouse or related environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Client-focused and team-oriented approach.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- Permanent, full-time position with 30 hours per week.
