Warehouse Operations Manager

G Square Builders Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the smooth operation of our warehouse. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of inventory, supplies, and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels and monitoring inventory movements.
- Coordinate and supervise the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and supplies.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality control.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a warehouse or related environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment and have a strong attention to detail.
