Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and databases.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Assist with data entry, bookkeeping, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Contribute to a positive and productive work environment by being proactive, flexible, and responsive to changing priorities.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The work setting is in the construction industry, and the work language is English.
