Job Overview
Bayshore HealthCare is a leading provider of healthcare services, and we are currently seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to clients in their homes, with a focus on rehabilitation and wellness.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Physiotherapy, current registration with the applicable provincial College of Physiotherapists, and a minimum of three years of experience providing physiotherapy services. Prior experience with in-home assessments and treatments is also essential. Knowledge of auto insurance and the legal system is an asset, particularly in medical/legal report writing.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Conduct home visits to provide one-on-one physiotherapy sessions, including assessment, treatment, and education.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, adhering to professional standards and company policies.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless coordination of care.
- Stay current with industry developments, best practices, and new technologies to enhance service delivery.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, RRSP matching, and paid time off.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Physiotherapy.
- Current registration with the applicable provincial College of Physiotherapists.
- Minimum three years of experience providing physiotherapy services.
