As a Medical Professional in this RN position, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to individuals who require assistance with daily living activities. This role will involve assessing patients' health status, developing personalized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare staff to ensure seamless care delivery.
This Registered Nurse opportunity at a long-term care facility is an excellent chance to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the well-being of our residents. As an RN, you will be responsible for administering medications, providing wound care, and managing medical equipment.
As a Health Service Delivery Professional, you will be responsible for coordinating care delivery, monitoring patients' health status, and developing care plans tailored to their individual needs. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor residents' health status
- Develop and implement care plans based on individual needs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Provide wound care and manage medical equipment
- Educate residents and their families on health management
- Supervise and coordinate care provided by other healthcare staff
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid
- Document residents' medical histories and progress
Requirements:
- Valid Standard First Aid and Level C CPR
- Updated immunization records (including completion of a two-step tuberculosis test within the last 6 months)
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Check
- Ability to interact with others in a caring, tactful, and courteous manner
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and crisis resolution skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Valid G2/G driver's license and access to a reliable car
