We are looking for an experienced Administrative Services Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc.

This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role:

This Administrative Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures, including planning and controlling budget and expenditures. They will also assist in preparing operating budgets, maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, and performing data entry.

The successful candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1-2 years of relevant work experience, or equivalent experience. They will also possess basic security clearance and have excellent oral and written communication skills.
