Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual looking for a challenging role in a fast-paced environment?
We are seeking an Administrative Support Clerk to join our team at Service Canada - Integrity Services Branch - Ontario Region.
About the RoleThis is a permanent, full-time position with a salary of approximately $55,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. The successful candidate will work in a general office setting, performing administrative tasks and supporting our team members.
Key Responsibilities- Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically
- Compile data, statistics, and other information
- Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing
- Perform data entry
- File material in storage areas
- Label files according to retention and disposal schedules
- Label, file, and retrieve documents
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Basic computer skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Windows
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
The successful candidate will work in a general office setting, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. They will be required to lift documents and perform other physical tasks as necessary.
