About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team at Joyplus Immigration Consulting Inc. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to promote our services and build our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Communication Strategies
    • Design and implement marketing campaigns to reach our target audience
    • Collaborate with our team to develop and execute marketing plans
  • Evaluate Communication Strategies and Programs
    • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns
    • Provide recommendations for improvement and optimization
  • Prepare Written Material
    • Write and edit reports, briefs, and website content
    • Develop and maintain our company's brand voice and tone
  • Publicize Activities and Events
    • Plan and execute events, workshops, and meetings to promote our services
    • Develop and distribute promotional materials, such as brochures and newsletters
  • Perform Administrative Tasks
    • Manage and maintain our company's digital database
    • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping
  • Recruit and Hire Staff
    • Assist with the recruitment and hiring process for marketing positions
    • Develop and implement training programs for new hires
  • Assist with Marketing Materials
    • Develop and maintain our company's marketing materials, such as brochures and reports
    • Assist with the design and production of marketing materials
  • Coordinate Special Events
    • Plan and execute special events, such as conferences and workshops
    • Develop and distribute promotional materials for events
  • Develop Portfolio of Marketing Materials
    • Develop and maintain a portfolio of our company's marketing materials
    • Assist with the development of new marketing materials
  • Conduct Online Marketing
    • Develop and implement online marketing campaigns
    • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of online marketing efforts
  • Deliver Presentations
    • Develop and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders
    • Assist with the development of presentation materials
  • Maintain Digital Database
    • Manage and maintain our company's digital database
    • Assist with data entry and record-keeping
  • Write and Edit Press Releases
    • Write and edit press releases and other communications materials
    • Assist with the distribution of press releases
  • Copywrite
    • Develop and implement copywriting strategies
    • Assist with the development of marketing materials
  • Consult with Clients
    • Provide ongoing support to clients after the sale
    • Assist with the development of client relationships
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in marketing communications
