Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Communication Strategies: Create and implement marketing plans to promote our services and attract new clients.
  • Evaluate Communication Strategies: Analyze the effectiveness of our marketing efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare Written Material: Write and edit reports, briefs, and website content to ensure accuracy and clarity.
  • Publicize Activities: Promote our events, workshops, and meetings through various channels to raise awareness and drive engagement.
  • Perform Administrative Tasks: Manage our digital database and perform other administrative duties as needed.
  • Recruit and Hire Staff: Assist in the recruitment and hiring process for marketing and administrative staff.
  • Assist in Content Creation: Help develop brochures, reports, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Coordinate Special Events: Plan and execute special publicity events and promotions to drive engagement and attract new clients.
  • Deliver Educational Programs: Prepare and deliver educational, publicity, and information programs, materials, and sessions.

  • Write and Edit Press Releases: Write and edit press releases, newsletters, and communications materials to ensure accuracy and clarity.
  • Copywrite: Develop engaging copy for our marketing materials and website content.
  • Consult with Clients: Provide ongoing support to clients after the sale to ensure their needs are met.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in marketing.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
