Marketing Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at Joyplus Immigration Consulting Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and be able to develop and implement effective communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Communication Strategies: Create and implement marketing plans to promote our services and attract new clients.
  • Evaluate Communication Strategies and Programs: Analyze the effectiveness of our marketing efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare Written Material: Write and edit reports, briefs, and other marketing materials to promote our services.
  • Publicize Activities: Promote our events, workshops, and other activities to attract new clients.
  • Perform Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and record-keeping.
  • Recruit and Hire Staff: Assist with the recruitment and hiring process for new staff members.
  • Assist in Preparation of Materials: Assist with the preparation of brochures, reports, and other marketing materials.
  • Coordinate Special Events: Coordinate special events and promotions to attract new clients.
  • Prepare and Deliver Educational Programs: Prepare and deliver educational programs, materials, and sessions to promote our services.
  • Design Market Research Questionnaires: Design and implement market research questionnaires to gather data on our target market.
  • Develop Portfolio of Marketing Materials: Develop a portfolio of marketing materials to showcase our services.
  • Conduct Online Marketing: Conduct online marketing, e-commerce, and website promotions to attract new clients.
  • Deliver Presentations: Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops, and symposia to promote our services.
  • Maintain Digital Database: Maintain and manage our digital database to track client interactions and marketing efforts.
  • Write and Edit Press Releases: Write and edit press releases, newsletters, and other communications materials to promote our services.
  • Copywrite: Create engaging copy for our marketing materials.
  • Consult with Clients: Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in marketing.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
