About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team at Joyplus Immigration Consulting Inc. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to promote our services and build our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Communication Strategies
    • Design and implement marketing campaigns to reach our target audience
    • Collaborate with our team to develop and execute marketing plans
  • Evaluate Communication Strategies and Programs
    • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of our marketing efforts
    • Provide recommendations for improvement and optimization
  • Prepare Written Material
    • Write and edit reports, briefs, website content, and other marketing materials
    • Develop and maintain a portfolio of marketing materials
  • Publicize Activities and Events
    • Plan and execute publicity events, workshops, and meetings
    • Develop and distribute press releases, newsletters, and other communications materials
  • Perform Administrative Tasks
    • Manage and maintain our digital database
    • Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, and other marketing materials
  • Recruit and Hire Staff
    • Assist in the recruitment and hiring process for marketing staff
  • Consult with Clients
    • Provide ongoing support and consultation to our clients
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in marketing communications
  • Skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and software
