Event Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team at Stars Event Decor.
Key Responsibilities- Promote Conference and Meeting Services: Develop and implement strategies to promote our conference and meeting services to potential clients.
- Prepare and Manage Budgets: Create and manage budgets for events, ensuring that expenses are tracked and reported accurately.
- Develop Sponsorship and Partnership Programs: Research and develop sponsorship and partnership opportunities to support our events.
- Coordinate Event Logistics: Arrange for production and purchase of promotional products, coordinate set-ups, staging, seating, parking, communication systems, and other event details.
- Implement Social Programs and Services: Plan and implement social programs, food and beverage, transportation, and other services for events.
- Plan Schedules, Goals, and Objectives: Develop and implement schedules, goals, and objectives for events.
- Research and Design Special Events Programs: Research and design special events programs to meet client needs.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail in all aspects of event planning and execution.
- Work Under Pressure: Work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- Work Term: Permanent position with 40 hours per week.
- Work Language: English.
