Event Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team at Stars Event Decor.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote Conference and Meeting Services: Develop and implement strategies to promote our conference and meeting services to potential clients.
- Manage Budgets: Prepare, present, and manage budgets for events and conferences.
- Develop Sponsorship Programs: Research and develop sponsorship programs to secure funding for events and conferences.
- Coordinate Event Details: Coordinate set-ups, staging, seating, parking, communication systems, and other details for special events.
- Implement Social Programs: Plan and implement social programs, food and beverage, transportation, and other services for events and conferences.
- Plan Schedules and Goals: Plan schedules, goals, and objectives for events and conferences.
- Research and Design Special Events Programs: Research and design special events programs to meet the needs of clients.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma required.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in event coordination or a related field.
- Language: English language proficiency required.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
