Compliance and Process Improvement Leader

Navigate the complexities of Anti Money Laundering (AML) investigations as a seasoned leader. With 5+ years of experience in AML Investigations and 2+ years in a leadership position, you will spearhead high-quality investigations, monitor trends to enhance the investigation process, and reduce false positives.

About the Role

  • Lead and mentor a team of skilled AML Investigators
  • Oversee and manage high-quality investigations from start to finish
  • Develop and implement strategies to monitor and communicate trends in money laundering patterns
  • Foster a culture of compliance within the organization
  • Drive process improvement through innovation and strategic thinking

Requirements

  • Proven experience in AML Investigations with at least 5 years of background
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience, including team management and mentoring
  • Advanced knowledge of Canadian AML legislation and regulations
  • Certification as an Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) or equivalent is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills
