Job Summary

The Key Account Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our key accounts, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and facilitating effective communication between teams.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate daily tasks, prioritizing and delegating as necessary to ensure timely completion;
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner;
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events, including preparation of agendas, materials, and follow-up;
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, reports, and other documentation as required;
  • Develop and maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information;
  • Maintain a high level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and objectives;
  • Participate in process improvements and implement changes as needed to enhance efficiency and productivity;
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience;
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate setting;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;
  • Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Familiarity with CRM software and database management systems;
  • Security clearance not required but beneficial;
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities;
  • Reliable, dependable, and quick learner;
