We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Key Holder Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Bearded Guys Barber Shop.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position working 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, answering telephone calls and relaying messages, and overseeing the analysis of employee data and information.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure. They will also be accurate, organized, and able to maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.

Job Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

The salary for this role is estimated to be between $40,000 and $50,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
