The role of the Sales Administrators is to support our sales department with all administrative duties, sales enquiries, and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist Account Managers with daily duties and act as administrative support
  2. Perform general administrative duties for the office
  3. Initiate initial contact with prospective clients
  4. Prepare business proposals for potential clients
  5. Assist with existing business

Requirements:

  1. Post-secondary education (preferably in business/marketing)
  2. Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service and/or administrative role
  3. Capability to prioritize and use your own initiative
  4. Strong computer skills in word, excel, power point and outlook
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  6. Bilingualism in English and French an asset
