We are currently seeking an experienced Medical Sales Representative to join our team as a Professional Relations Consultant. This role will play a critical part in promoting our services to a network of eye care providers and driving sales/procedure volume via optometrist office-directed patients.
Salary: The salary range for this position is between $63,000 to $70,000 per year.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Acting as a direct liaison between Vision Group, TLC, and LASIK MD laser eye centers and the optometric community;
- Driving sales/procedure volume via optometrist office-directed patients;
- Developing and reinforcing relationships with optometrists and their office staff by providing support with refractive/cataract surgery and Vision Group educational tools;
- Working closely with Vision Group clinical teams & surgeons to support optometric relationships and to closely monitor optometrist office patients (who have been directed to a Vision Group clinic) with regards to their overall care and experience;
- Representing Vision Group at optometric events (trade shows, etc.).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of three (3) years of related outside sales experience (B2B), preferably in a medical/dental sales role;
- A proven track record in sales;
- Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills;
- Self-motivation, entrepreneurship with a strong sense of urgency;
- A valid driver's license and regular access to a vehicle.
