Restaurant Operations Manager

Mokran Restaurant is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining establishment.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Training and Development: Train new staff members in their job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive excellent service and that their complaints or concerns are addressed promptly.
- Financial Management: Prepare budgets and cost estimates for food and supplies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
