Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Beauty First. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic planning, leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to align business objectives and drive results.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Operational Excellence: Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a business development or leadership role.
- Skills: Strong strategic planning, leadership, and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
