Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and securing new customers. You will use a variety of tools and methods to achieve this goal, with the support of our entire organization.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and secure new customers through cold calling and other sales strategies
- Build deep, meaningful, and rewarding relationships with customers
- Partner with our Solutions Team to provide customized solutions to customers
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of potential customers
- Continuously seek new opportunities and challenges to drive business growth
- Proven track record in sales with a strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative metrics
- Self-starter with heaps of initiative and a natural ability to communicate effectively
- Highly collaborative and able to work effectively in a team environment
- Endlessly curious and passionate about finding new customers and solving problems
- Experience with sales software and data-driven decision making is an asset
