About the Role:
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative, New Markets to join our team at Thinkific. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
- Develop and deliver customized sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Manage the sales process from lead to close, including negotiation and contract execution
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the online education or software industry
- Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
