Job Title: Business Development Representative
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at EightSix Network. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through proactive business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in alignment with company objectives.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential new markets for our products.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product line, including its features, benefits, and applications.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements in the precast concrete industry.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in direct sales, preferably in the manufacturing, construction, or building materials industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the sales region.
