About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Canada Starlight Education Group Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures to ensure they meet the needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procedure Review and Evaluation: Conduct regular reviews of existing administrative procedures and evaluate their effectiveness in meeting business objectives.
  • Work Prioritization: Establish clear work priorities to ensure that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Office Services Coordination: Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Budget Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $45,000 - $55,000 based on industry standards and location. This figure is subject to change and may vary depending on individual qualifications and experience.
