About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Best Safety Services Inc. as an Office Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including preparing reports, managing schedules, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Office Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Policy Administration: Develop and implement policies and procedures related to record management, access to information, and privacy legislation.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of 11-15 staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work independently and under pressure, with a strong attention to detail.
