About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Indian Street Food Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen and front-of-house staff
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff performance
  • Operations Management
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient service delivery
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
    • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
    • Ensure that customer feedback is acted upon and implemented
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, and sales
