As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and leading a team of staff to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Reporting and Scheduling: Prepare and submit reports, establishing work schedules to meet the needs of the restaurant.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
