About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W Restaurant. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective operational procedures to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including managing inventory, scheduling staff, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Lead and Motivate a Team

Supervise and train a team of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Estimate and manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.

Ensure Quality Control

Monitor and maintain quality control standards, ensuring that our food and service meet the highest standards.

Prepare and Submit Reports

Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators to inform business decisions.

Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
  • 1-2 Years of Experience in Food Service Management
  • Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
