About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at SUBWAY RESTAURANT. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Hire and manage food service staff
  • Operations Management
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and submit reports
    • Prepare food order summaries for the chef
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant or food service environment
  • Language
    • Fluent in English
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, kneel, and walk. You must be physically demanding and have excellent attention to detail.
