Job Title: Drywall Installer

3A Renos Inc. is seeking a skilled Drywall Installer to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for installing drywall sheets, applying successive coats of compound, and sanding seams and joints to ensure a smooth finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install drywall sheets, measuring, cutting, and fitting them to metal or wooden studs or joists.
  • Apply successive coats of compound, smoothing out excess and allowing coats to dry.
  • Sand seams and joints to achieve a smooth finish.
  • Supervise other workers and instruct apprentices in drywall installation techniques.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work at heights, on scaffolding, or swing stages.
  • Physically demanding work environment.
Work Environment:

Our team works in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. You will be required to work at heights, on scaffolding, or swing stages, and may be exposed to dust, noise, and other hazards.
