Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Lake Louise Inn. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing room assignments, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Registration and Room Assignments: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and ensure accurate room inventory.
- Front Desk Operations: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
- Guest Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide general information about points of interest in the area.
- Payment and Billing: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
- Emergency Procedures: Follow emergency and safety procedures, and ensure the well-being of guests and staff.
- Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, including faxing, filing, and photocopying.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
