Key Responsibilities- Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
- Front Desk Operations: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
- Customer Service: Provide general information about points of interest in the area, process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, and follow emergency and safety procedures.
- Clerical Duties: Perform clerical tasks, such as faxing, filing, and photocopying, and answer telephone calls and relay messages.
- Special Needs Assistance: Assist clients/guests with special needs and contact customers to deliver requested wake-up calls.

- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
