Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Office Support Professional to join our team at ST. LOUIS BAR & GRILL.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position working 35 hours per week with a competitive salary of $40,000 - $60,000 per year.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate information flow within the team to ensure seamless communication.
  • Direct and control daily operations to maintain efficiency and productivity.
  • Handle mail and other materials in a timely and organized manner.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to promote a positive work environment.
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to maximize productivity.
  • Schedule appointments and confirm bookings in a timely manner.
  • Manage contracts and agreements on behalf of the company.
  • Answer phone calls and relay messages promptly and professionally.
  • Oversee the analysis of employee data and information to inform business decisions.
  • Respond to electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business objectives.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient operations.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to relevant contacts or service areas.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems to ensure easy access to information.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents accurately and efficiently.
  • Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Perform data entry tasks to support business operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1-7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Ability to work 35 hours per week.
