Job Summary

Bang'in Burger & Wings is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our team of food service staff. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, including maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations Management: Prepare and submit reports, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop food service staff, including on-the-job training tailored to youth.
  • Community Involvement: Participate in government or community programs that support persons with disabilities, newcomers and refugees, and other underrepresented groups.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
