As a Culinary Services Supervisor at WORLD FOOD NETWORK INC., you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our food service team. This is a permanent position requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week.

Job Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing strategies to meet work schedules effectively.
  • Ordering food and kitchen supplies as needed.
  • Supervising and coordinating the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Training team members on their job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
  • Ensuring that food quality and service standards are consistently met.
  • Preparing budgets and cost estimates for operations.
  • Addressing any customer complaints or concerns promptly.
  • Maintaining accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Compiling and submitting reports as required.
  • Establishing work schedules for staff.
Supervision

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 individuals.

Safety and Security

A criminal record check will be required for this position.
