Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at NOVA SCOTIA LTD. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Modify food preparation methods and menu prices to ensure they align with our restaurant budget and meet customer demands.
- Monitor revenues and labour costs to ensure we are operating within our budget.
- Supervise staff to ensure they are meeting our high standards of customer service and food quality.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure we are getting the best prices for our food and other supplies.
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our restaurant and attract new customers.
- 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Knowledge of point of sale systems and inventory management software.
