- Operations and Administration: Manage daily restaurant operations, including inventory control, cash handling, and staff scheduling.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, negotiating with clients for catering or use of facilities.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Point of sale system, leadership, customer service, marketing, and inventory management.
