Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and improve daily operations to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and control inventory, supplies, and labor costs.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices for food and other supplies.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to increase customer traffic and sales.
  • Manage events and functions, including weddings, parties, and corporate events.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Knowledge of point of sale systems and other restaurant technology.
