Retail Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at BK HEER DEVELOPMENT INC. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately tracked and that merchandise is properly displayed.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that customers receive excellent service and are satisfied with their shopping experience.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights and recommendations to improve store performance.
- Training and Development: Hire, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
