Retail Store Manager

Uplands Convenience Store is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff, including sales associates, cashiers, and stockroom personnel.
- Assign tasks and duties to staff members to ensure efficient store operations.
- Hire, train, and develop staff members to improve their skills and performance.
- Manage store inventory, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the stockroom and sales floor.
- 1-2 years of retail management experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
