Key Responsibilities- Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities, including coordinating office services, maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, and preparing periodic and special reports.
- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and oversee payroll administration.
- Train staff and resolve conflict situations.
- Monitor and evaluate office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
- Permanent position with 30 hours per week.
- Language of work: English.
