Job Summary

The People and Culture Manager will develop and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and development while fostering a positive workplace culture. This role will oversee key programs in training and development, performance management, employee wellness, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I).

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement training programs to address learning and development needs.
  • Collaborate with department leads to identify training requirements and develop targeted programs.
  • Oversee performance management and career development processes.
  • Develop and manage wellness initiatives to support employee well-being.
  • Organize training sessions, workshops, and events to promote diversity and awareness.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, with approximately 10 years of relevant experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience. CHRP/CHRL certification is strongly recommended.
