Job Summary:

Sodexo Canada Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Rainy River. As a key member of our Accommodations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the highest quality of cleanliness and maintenance in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and train new housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and compliant completion of duties
  • Clean and maintain light fixtures, ceilings, vents, walls, mattresses, furniture, windows, and window coverings
  • Inspect facilities and distribute workloads for the cleaning of all camp rooms and common areas
  • Work collaboratively with Site Management to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of related work experience
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including day and night shifts
  • Compliance with all Sodexo time and attendance policies and/or client operating hours
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to work well alone and in a team
  • High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
