Job Summary

Cari is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Team Lead to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Accommodations department, you will be responsible for leading a team of housekeeping staff and ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to ensure they meet Sodexo standards.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to new housekeeping staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Workload Distribution: Distribute and execute daily, weekly, and monthly workloads to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Safety and Quality: Champion and maintain a strong safety culture and understanding, and ensure all cleaning duties are completed to Sodexo standards.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Must have experience as a Lead or Supervisor in a commercial setting, preferably in a camp or janitorial environment.
  • Work Experience: 1-2 years of related work experience, with a strong focus on customer service and team leadership.
  • Physical Demands: Must be physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items, with the ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and provide clear directions to employees.
